CCBWQA has a 10-year Capital Improvement Plan for Pollution Abatement Projects (PAPs) that is reviewed and updated by the Board annually. Beginning in 2026, projects added to the CIP must go through the Project Identification Prioritization Process.

This form is specific to Structural project types (e.g., PRF such as stream stabilization, stormwater control measure, etc.)

This form is specific to Non-Structural project types (e.g., education, source control, land acquisition, etc.)
